The Outreach Multiplier program is a referral-based system where you can earn commissions by referring your Medicare clients to our specialized HIP agents. When you identify a client who could benefit from additional coverage, simply make a referral through our dedicated line, and you’ll earn a commission for each successful sale.
You can earn between $100-$250 per successful referral, depending on the type of coverage purchased. Our average commission is $200 per sold ancillary package. The more referrals you make, the more you can earn!
Only specialized and trained SMA dedicated / employed full-time licensed team members, based out of the Nashville headquarters will be speaking with your clients. The team is in-person on-site and all calls are recorded. You are always welcome (and invited) to stay on the line and listen in/participate in the call.
After you make a referral, our specialized HIP agent will contact your client to discuss their needs and available coverage options. Once the client enrolls in a plan, you’ll receive your commission payment. We handle all the paperwork and follow-up, making it easy for you to earn extra income.
No, there’s no minimum requirement for referrals. You can make as many or as few referrals as you’d like. The program is designed to be flexible and work with your existing business, allowing you to earn extra income at your own pace.
These specialized SMA team members ONLY sell Ancillary products, are full-time/dedicated and are prohibited from selling MA plans while working for Outreach Multiplier. Your client’s data is always protected/secured and we constantly review and monitor calls for training, support and compliance oversight.
Commissions are paid out quickly after each successful sale. We offer multiple payment methods, including direct deposit and check. You’ll receive detailed payment reports and can track your earnings through our secure online portal.
No, we do not charge back commissions for disenrollments (except in the unlikely event of an unusually high disenrollment trend, which we’ll review on a case-by-case basis).
